I am putting things back together and still decluttering!

My goal is to get to exercising with the Wii immediately! No more excuses. My goal will be to lose about 60# by January 2012. That will give me time to keep it off and do it by lifestyle and exercise instead of dieting.

I know you may not want to share amounts but how do you plan on making changes next year regarding health?

For me it is portion and just taking the time to keeping fruit and veg around (which I will eat if they are around).
