awwww fuck. I have two driveways at my house, and I just shoveled both of them. One of them is hsuper- huge. I also shoveled some stuff tonight at my parents' house, too.
It has been a busy day of shoveling.
My arm may well be a bit sore tomorrow. We will see.

I did accomplish some other things, though. I received a $75 gift certificate for LL Bean for Christmas, and I got a pair of snowshoes and some decent cross- country ski boots with it. They had a super sale today. I was going to get a few sweaters, but then I remembered those things that I really really wanted/needed. I really want to get some backcountry skis and boots but that will have to wait. My semi- race set will have to do for now. I can't wait for snowshoeing either... anyone want to go?

I was kind of pissed today, too. My landlords wanted rent today, but they haven't even cashed the check from last month! What the fuck! I wasn't sure today if I had enough in my account to cover it, but I now know that I do.
I just don't get it. There is no reason why they couldn't have cashed the check last month (apparently they "didn't have time"). It just seems like every time I get ahead- just a little- I get fucked. There is something out there laughing at me- like, "clinton got a decent paycheck this week so let's push the 'bury his ass in bills and shit' button."
