I was just writing a [somewhat long and involved] journal on here when I heard somebody pop into IM and I figured I would see who it was. I went to close it but when I clicked the x, instead of closing it went to the ad beneath it and killed my journal that I had spent several minutes typing.

You can always do half and half - full time for many pharmacists is 3 days on, 3 days off, or 4 days on, 3 days off - but keep in mind those "days" are 12 hour days. I'd rather do hospital pharmacy if the pay weren't so much lower than retail. It's not a bad profession considering the job opportunities out there. Any customer service job - including restaurants - can be hell.
Regardless, I'm going to try and make it through pharmacy school, work my butt off, pay off my loans, make a nice bundle of money, and after 5-10 years of working full time in the business, I plan on learning how to tattoo and and I'll hopefully do that on the side and keep the pharmacy job for benefits etc. Not a bad way to go I think.
