climbit

I've got to say it feels good to be in the west missing all the bad weather in NY (sorry for those of you stuck there). I'm having near perfect temperatures and its sunny. It's almost too hot for climbing and by the time I left the mountain today it was too hot for climbing.

Here's a pic of one of the areas I was in today. If I can't be near a beach I sure love being in the mountains.


Here's one of another area I ventured into today. It was a new area for me but it was so beautiful. There was a stream running about 20 feet away and still snow on the ground in the shade.



And finally, one of the boulders I was playing on. I spent most of my day on this one as there were lots of climbs all over it.



This evening I think I'll go for trail run. I can't wait to do that. It has been way too long since I last did something like that. But I'm sure my body will pay the price. Then its off to find some good food and drink.
