so friday i'm IMing back and forth with the "new one" who actually deserves to be called something different...we'll call him...by his name...matt. ha. so he'd taken the day off and i was antsy, we decided to meet at endless grooves to go record digging. *swoon*

i don't even want to list how many records i've bought in the last week, but i came out with another armful (ala new order, roy orbison, the faint, squarepusher) and this time, a boy on my arm. went back to my house and listened to them, had some tea. decided i was having too much fun to go play a radio show so i called in a favor. dinner with amber and adam at jamerica and then for drinks at jolly bobs (tiki heaven). then matt decided he was having too much fun to play his club night so..meandered to the inferno for a friends night and ended up grabbing matt and leaving early. it was extra nice to see everyone gawking, the gossip should be fun. the only thing i enjoy about my life being of interest to people is that they somehow manage to make it more interesting than it really is...

most of the time. *grin*

nice walk home. brisk night. lots of stars. mmm.

woke up early and went to the farmers market with chandon and then menards. did yardwork, planted some flowers...was glad to have another weekend in town to do whatever i want. met up with matt and amber and adam and saw cowboy bebop followed by beef korma at chautara. went home. made out. filled the flask with jack daniels and went to see house of 1000 corpses...

stayed up very late. ended up sleeping most of the day on sunday, which i probably needed.

he's out of town til friday.

it's pretty hard to handle! i've never met anyone like him. consider me smitten. 100%. i'm pretty sure next weekend i'll end up blowing off my gigs because i won't really want to do anything but hang out with him.
