if all goes as planned i will be moving middle of next month. i really hope i get this apartment. trying to iron everything out right now...was in milwaukee trying to get it all together. it's a studio about 3 feet away from the oriental theater. i won't stop fidgeting til i know i've got it.
saturday night was milwaukee, a glass of wine, and bed. i actually got a full 8 hour sleep. sunday was bens moms birthday. his brother adam got her aphex twins- selected ambient works volume 2. we listened to it during coffee and dessert. went home. took suspicious pink tranquilizer. played resident evil. monday was apartment day then chicago at night for a poorly attended, overpriced idm show, though donna summer did make it all worthwhile. tuesday i tried to secure the apartment and ran errands. bought jug of wine (my first jug, as i am on a budget now), almost finished resident evil, and then we slept.
today he leaves for the california tour for 5 days. next friday he leaves for europe for 3 weeks. so for anyone in california, the uk, austria, spain, etc etc... http://www.zodrecords.com for tour details. i'll be lonely but busy. boxes boxes must pack boxes.

SO ......... Farwell and North. I used to stomp around there quite a bit. Drinks, bowling and pinball @ the landmark! Were you ever in MK when Oriental Drug was still open? It was where the liquor store on the corner. That place rocked! An old school pharmacy/lunch counter greasy spoon full of east side crazies.
