I haven't posted in forever. It's kinda lame actually since I check the site everday. I've been doing alot of getting stuff ready. I think I'm moving to Louisville in the spring. I have to get in contact with U of L later next month to see about me enrolling for next semester. Living in Bardstown is really not for me. I need to be around more eccentric people. Not that I don't llike it here, there's just not that much that offers me here anymore. The problem is just getting the stomach to actually leave.
Just got back from Flordia this month. Me & my friends Allen and Ben rented a Dodge Charger and took the 9 hr. drive down to Pensicola to see my friend Clay and his G/f. we syaed down there for 4 days. went to the beach, saw clerks 2, went to some really cool restraunts, went to a few parties. drank a lil' much the night before we had to rek back the next day, but it was over all too quick. I'll post pix later when I re-size them. my friends are trying to talk me into going to the Family Values tour in Cincinatti. it's only about 10 bucks for the lawn and it's Korn & the Deftones, plus I wouldn't mind seeing Deadsy. I'll prolly ride out to EKU sometime in October to see my friends out there.
I've met a 2 new groups of people in my hobbie of playing D&D. I'm playing on sat. & sun. nights, but on sat. it kinda crazy. it's an epic campain ith 2 DM's and 8 other epic players. I'm about to get my ass kicked since I seperated from the group as they are all evil and am a cleric and wanted none of the like. no to mention declared my church in the name of Pelor. But I've been reading up on the epic hand book & the book of exalted deeds (aka the holy handbook of all things good).
In other news, I cleared out a storage room today to make room for more furniture. I'm getting a love seat recliner, a Lay-Z-Boy, a 32" TV & a dinette set my grandmother gave me before she left for South Carolina and are still sitting in her old house. I chose to clear out space ather than paying for storage. and the extra thinf will come in handy when ever I get an Apt. in Louisville.
I went outside earlier today to my suprise a grown beagle with 5 pups wandering near the road, which I was kinda shocked. so I lure them back to my carport with food and got coaxed them all into my dogs old kennel. they wound up being the neighbor's down the road. Thy came and picked them up. they were very thankful to say the least. By the way, they were all pure breed. he sells them for 600 a pup. He offered me one, but I turned him down. though there was one with clear blue eyes that was rather adorable, but in the 3 hrs of getting ahold of the owner...ugh.....6 beagles yelping was quite ear ringing to say the least. but I did manage to take thier pix before they were taken home.
well....I rambled on quite a bit...I'll try n' post more often. I'm gonna try n make it to some of the SGKY events in the next few months. I always thought it'd be kool if Nikon started a SG EasternKentucky.
