For those of you who are not aware: I have a very severe case of dry eye syndrome called "meibomian gland dysfunction" for 4 years now. I don't know what it feels like to have normal eyes anymore, mine burn and sting 24/24. Time to get serious about my health, I can't stand living like this anymore.

I am going to read this book! I have allergies and food allergies, my eyes go from dryness to like a thick fluid within 3 weeks when I have flareups. Sending healing vibes for you ❤
