I'm having a severe flare-up for 5 days now and this is totally driving me insane, to say the least. Chronic dry eye is more than painful, it's also debilitating.
I feel frustrated, depressed, worried, bust also : guilty. I'm afraid I won't be able to keep it up on SG, and the more I'm afraid, the more stressful I am and the more my body is in pain.
Instead of struggling against it, I've decided to fully accept this setback and give my body the time it needs to rest. SG can wait ❤
