So I guess it's time to post something here :) and to give you some explanations on my looong 7 years break.
To sum things up, I am not ashamed of telling you I developed severe eating disorders and fought to recover during all those years. It was hard, and my body image was the worst I ever had in my life. So you guess it, I was not able to post naked photos anymore.
But the good news is I'm free of my demons, and ready to move on. I know I won't ever be in love with my body, I know I still have a lot of work to do to love myself, but I'm working on it. Everyday.
What helped me the most was weightlifting. Last year, I decided to start lifting weights and bulked up on a 2,600 calories diet for 9 months, which took me from 113 to 125 lbs. The fat gains were hard to deal with at first, but going from a B to a C cup (PLUS my new hardly gained muscles haha), I recognized I was feeling better, and my hormonal health got better and better.
If I could give ONE tip to all those battling with eating disorders, especially those struggling with overeating (I was anorexic and bulimic but mostly bulimic) : please read the book "Brain over binge" by Kathryn Hensen. This book was a life saver, and it's still helping me in many ways.
