Last night, Jess, Ben, Travis and I left the Port and walked down to the beach so they could do some drumming. We're talking 1:30 a.m. at this point, with a big can of foster's, a bag of munchies and a chupa chups to share.
Jess and I got wet and listened to the boys. Then a young guy came over after some elaborate stretching/exercise moves and asked if he could sit with us and meditate. He sat, eyes closed, and molded the air with his hands and arms, washing himself with waves of energy. We could all feel it there in the dark.
I slept well last night.... wanting to see What the *&#$% Do We Know - it's playing in Del Mar right across from the shop.
I can't wait to see my family this weekend.
