my bro ben told me the other day to try creatine. its not a drug or steroids or anything like that. its actually found in the body and stuff... but if i supplement with it along with my protein im suppose to see results faster. bahhhhhh, i have a hard time taking supplements even though i know it'd help.

there was this guy at the gym who went to my highschool. its hilarious because he only works out his upper body. its fucking hilarious to see huge guys with tiny little legs.

ok im talking way too much about the gym.... im starting to sound like those dumbasses that flex infront of the mirrors after every set. conceded bastards.
