Mine:
Lost
Favorite: TIE! Sawyer. I love his attitude! He just has the vibe about him that I adore. And he is a sotfy under that rough exterior.
Ben. He is such a crazy character and adds so much drama and confusion to the show, which keeps me tuning in!
Least: TIE again! Kate & Jack. I loved both in the beginning but they just annoy me so much now.

Heros
Favorite: Sylar! Fucking LOVE this dude. He is the most powerful person on this show. His character is so mysterious. I love Sylar episodes! Plus he is my #1 celeb crush
Least: This is hard because I love everyone in this show. Maybe Danko, just because he is a douche and Claire sometimes really annoys me but she usually means good.
