My old apartment had a leak in the kitchen. If we showered in the upstairs bathroom, the water would drip through the walls, down through the light fixture in the kitchen, and onto the floor. Every shower = a giant puddle of water in the middle of the kitchen. They never fixed it the whole year we lived there, even though they kept telling us they would.
