So, it's been a little while since I last blogged. Been pretty busy with my release from the military. I have one full string left, I am really excited to have a change of pace in my life. Looking for a place to live is the most annoying part, places appear and disappear so quick in a city, as long as I am settled before the school year starts, I will be happy.

A few days ago, it was Canada Day, and I live in the capital of Canada (Ottawa). It was insane, so many streets were closed, and packed with people. It was fun, and drama filled. My Buddy's girlfriend slapped him twice, they broke up right there. She cried, he disappeared and walked home (home was about 13Km away) and he got mugged. I was told by one buddy that everyone else was in the paddy wagon... so I stormed up to the cops and demanded my friends back... turns out they weren't there. Also did a lot of dancing... and was so happy to find Zaphod Beeblebrox (bar in Ottawa named after the character in HItchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy) serves Pan Galactic Gargle Blasters... which were delicious.
