thats a pretty rough week dude, ive done the whole days and nights in the same week its the worst shift patern you can do, get out of it quick dont let them believe you are willing to do it after 2 weeks of that youll be on the verge of falling into your coffin, ive done it many times before, and you dont know wether or not your coming or going most of the time

Yesterday was a goooooood day
Got up and had managed to get myself a hairdressers appointment, so was in there for a while having my hir cut shorter and had the tips dyed red, and red coming down thru the back of my hair, looks pretty good
