Ok, I think I managed to salvage the hockey job. I just need to make sure I give the coaches my best for a while. The team showed promise last night with their 6-3 victory. One of the rookies I thought looked pretty good during the preseason made the final cut to play in the regular season... AND got his first goal last night. It actually makes me feel like I know what I'm talking about when it comes to hockey.

The regular job at the office has been a bit overwhelming this week. The boss and I almost got into an agrument today because she implied that I burry files on my desk and end up losing them. What she doesn't understand is that I know exactly what is on my desk at all times, it's just that because of the way she keeps throwing work at me I have to change my priorities daily and some things get pushed to the bottom of the list all the time. I usually pick my battles with her but this was an argument I wasn't going to back down on because it reflected directly on my work performance which is something I don't take lightly.

On a lighter note, today on the way home from work was one of those times I wish I kept a camera in my car at all times. I'm sitting at a stop light and as the cross traffic goes by I see a girl on a yellow motorcycle with a side car... not really something you see that often, BUT in the side car was a big black shaggy dog... WEARING GOGGLES. I REALLY wish I could have taken a picture of this to share with you all... the sight of it really made my day.

Oh, and one more thing... I got a little bored this week and ended up hacking off a bunch of my hair. Sideburns? Mostly gone... everything else has been cut pretty short as well. If I don't like it, it can grow back in a month or so.
