Work has been busy as hell this week... mainly cause the boss is on jury duty notice and treats every day like she won't be in the office the next... well, also cause the boss always makes me (or tries to make me) bust my ass before I take any time off. She always acts like I'm not coming back. If I had anywhere else to go, it would push me not to.
So, I've said fuck it and continue to work at my own pace.
I know no one will touch my work when I'm gone so it doesn't matter either way. Less than a week to go.
So this week, I hung out with Junnie and her kids. It was fun and needs to be done again. I was supposed to hang out with an old friend I recently got back in touch with, but she cancelled due to work. Tomorrow I'll be at my second home getting good home cooking.
That's pretty much it. Just waiting for the weekend to get here.
*** EDITED *** That part about "Less than a week to go" should read "just over a week"... I have issues telling time.
