It's been a weekend of late nights.
Friday, Underground did not get off to a good start. The Echo had 2 bands play that night that totally sucked donkey balls. I mean they were really bad, which completely confused me with the amount of people that showed up to see them... no accounting for taste I guess. At one point during the second band I told Anthony I wanted to walk up on stage and punch the lead singer in the face to shut him up. Then I wanted to find the person who convinced all these people that the bands were good and punch them in the face. Yes, the music made me and angry person. After the bands were done, the regulars showed up... it makes me think they knew something about the bands that I didn't. Sure wish they would have told me. Of course, due to the lateness of the start there was a lot of time to make up... so much so that we ended up hanging out in front of the club for an hour and a half AFTER the club closed.
Saturday, my day with my movie group was total kick ass. We inducted our new hall of fame movies and and had a good time doing it despite the torture of the bad movies.
We even went to grab a bite to eat afterwards were all topics of conversation were covered... including one miss understood word that led to a discussion of filming a commercial for a completely fictitious adult product bargan supply wearhouse. So many jokes came from this that we might actually try and do this. I'll let you know if it happens.
Afterward I got home around midnight, I was online surfing around till 4am... totally lost track of the time. So today has been nothing but sleep and rest.
