It pretty much been a weekend of rest. I haven't even left my apartment since I got home from Underground on Friday night.
Work last Friday was pretty dead in the afternoon, except for a mad game of phone tag with a doctor and an attorney in the last hour. Why none of them called me earlier when I had time, I have no idea. So now this game has to continue tomorrow.
After work it was rush rush rush to get out earlier than normal. I hung out with my friend Sarah and had some pre-club drinks at her place. Her place is pretty cool. It used to be a tv/vcr repair shop that got converted into an apartment. Probably not all that warm in the winter, but it has a cool look.
After a few drinks we were off to Underground for a fun night of hanging out. Apparently I've been inducted into the "Scandalous Crew"... a group of the club regulars that have mischevious tendencies. They were introducing me as a new member of the group... I had no idea. The scary thing is that they remember every detail of all the things that went on every time I've hung out with them.
My friend's band (and one of my favorite bands) Mere Mortals did their annual December show at the club. I was getting worried if they would or not because they had to replace 2 band members in the past 3 months. Now it looks like they're up and running again with some new songs under their belt and scheduled to go into the studio and record a new CD soon.
I've been needing some new music. 
Afterwards, Anthony gave me a call and I ended up meeting up with him to grab a bite to eat at one of our usual 24 hour hangouts. I think I finally crawled back home around 4:30am.
Saturday and today I spent a lot of time watching movies, sleeping, and playing video games. Just getting the rest I need to last as long as I can for NYE.
