I am turning into a fucking lousy, lazy student. I'm in my 3rd year of getting my degree at University. I NEED to be super focused but I just feel like I don't have the energy or motivation for this anymore, which is a really stupid attitute.
Does anyone who is studying have any tips on how to remedy this; motivation techniques, etc. Anything? I don't want to fuck this up because of my anxieties.

What I did when I was in college, I wrote a list of goals I wanted to reach (school and personal). I placed in my bathroom mirror so every time I would wake up, it would remind me the final outcome finishing and getting my degree. I would also recommend doing something that you love so you can sometimes get out that zone. I would just go to some shows to get my mind off it cause too much studying causes tunnel vision. blahah..
