RATS!
Chinese New Year today: year of the Rat. Get used to it.
I survived the big snows of the past week with little problem. Last night's storm was more an annoyance because I missed most of it in Chicago. Des Plaines got hit pretty hard but I only saw the aftermath. I did almost crash as my car skidded into the next lane as I was shifting lanes on the Kennedy and I saw the jack-knifed truck that blocked all 4 local lanes around 7:30 or so last night.
Got out of work early and was able to get an oil change and have them check a high-pressure coolant leak which caused me to refil coolant every 2 weeks or so. It had something to do with a thermostat casing or something but I also suspect they just poured that coolant leak filler in which I coulda done. We'll see if it's fixed.
Still no haircut. It's even starting to bother me.
This week's Drink and Draw was cancelled but I did go last week. The theme was super-hero parodies and I ended up creating Danny Randy, the Iron Fister (after the marvel super hero Iron Fist.) I'm having scanner issues otherwise I'd post a picture but it's probably as bad, if not worse, than you can imagine.
I bought comics yesterday and also got this:
I don't know why I ordered it, I mean I know why I got it, just not why.
