I'm going to court tomorrow.

Not for anything really bad... just some lady is trying to scam my car insurance company for medical reimbursement from an accident I was in last year.

But it doesn't mean it doesn't completely suck. I mean, I have to take the day off work to drive from LA to Sacramento, dress up in silly clothes with buttons and collars, and act normal in front of authority. Pretty much is not a good time, however you cut it.

The good news is, long weekend will be spent in the old hometown. It's a hick-ish, horrible place, but I can see some friends I miss and spend quality time with the parents and pets. And I'll be drunk most of the time anyway. And bringing Guitar Hero with me wherever I go. No laptop though, I'm gonna try to take a break from the internet (yeah right, we'll see).

The backyard is looking better, the kittens have gotten older and aren't hanging around as much. I never could catch them. I'm looking forward to getting a bbq and patio set out there so discokitty and I can have some relaxing evenings and entertain friends outside.
