yeah, it's a good bedtime mix. my favorite for bed is 97 Octane though.

Word has it that Alka-Seltzer works wonders fast! I use Zicam the spray stuff but it's a bit expensive, however it takes care of sinus headaches pretty well and keeps my sinuses dried up as well as possible (what with the deviated septum causing so many problems and all). Good strategy on stayin outta the room as much as possible.
