Merry Christmas everyone! I am in a really great mood. My boyfriend and I spent the entire day at my father's house doing the Xmas party thing. It was wonderful. I saw relatives that I haven't seen for nearly 5 years. Best of all, everyone was toastily drunk and loud and funny. I think that that's my favorite thing about Xmas. It's not the whole gift thing, but being able to take a day and spend it with the people who you care about. I definitely had a wonderful time, especially considering that I got 2 very special gifts from my father. He gave me his chief pin and his dog- tags from bootcamp (he's a senior chief in the Navy). It may not seem like a big deal to some, but being a born and bred Navy brat, it was a huge deal. I think that I'm going to have them put in a shadow box and framed so that I don't lose them.

On a side note, I would like to thank Eden again for the beautiful job she did on my tattoo. It's starting to heal now, and it's itchin like crazy, but even my body art hating parents thought that it was nice. I hope to continue to go to Eden for work in the future.

But, seeing as how all good little boys and girls know, Santa only comes when we're fast asleep, I'm hittin the sack. Hopefully I'll get somethin nice from the big jolly elf.
