As part of the normal course of events, the previous journal will be replaced at this time. This is a normal, ordinary update and should not be considered by the reader to be in any way unusual.

I have chosen to write the following statement completely free of any coercion or duress on the part of any Federal or local agencies:

(I)
I have no accurate knowledge of the affairs of the Secretary of Defense (SECDEF) Donald H. Rumsfeld (referred to hereafter as Mr. Rumsfeld). Mr. Rumsfeld (SECDEF) is not to my knowledge, in any way affiliated, associated or connected to the vandal known colloquially as Neckface, nor any other vandal, group of vandals or vandal association.

(II)
I apologize for any difficulty or inconvenience I may have caused Mr Rumsfeld (SECDEF) or any of his friends, co-workers and associates at the Department of Defense.

(III)
Mr. Rumsfeld (SECDEF) is a fine American, a lucid poet, and an outstanding role-model for Americas youth.
