So I had this dream, and it feels like it is going to go on for maybe the rest of my life, but at the same time, it seems all too short.
In it, I was visited by a trio of spiders. The largest one was almost as large as I am, perfectly sized and shaped, beautiful and delicate -- a beige-olive tone with colorful patches she was very sensitive and aware and possessed magic abilities and the power of piercing thought. The second spider was tiny and dark and probably a malehe simply patrolled around, moving back and forth across the ceiling, no doubt protecting us from the incursions of any unwanted insect companionship.
The third spider was time, and it came to send a messageit died inside a shrine to my adult relationship to parenthood, curled up in a web-hammock of its own making. As I regarded it and marveled, the largest spider pointed out that its legs had formed the symbol for infinity.
