"Dyin' ain't much of a livin', boy."
This one is getting to be all about the texture. I'm sure it will get toned down by the time it's done, but right now, I'm digging how "old-time-y" this thing is looking.
Rumric is starting to look kind of bad-ass; he's reminding me of a fierce Commanche or Apache, rather than the stuck-up softie he's supposed to be . . . this is an example of why the process of drawing can be so much fun -- I may intend an image to go in a particular direction, but in reality, I'm just along for the ride. Fortunately for me, my Muse is better by far than I.
"Where art thou, Muse, that thou forget'st so long
To speak of that which gives thee all thy might?
Spend'st thou thy fury on some worthless song,
Darkening thy power to lend base subjects light?"
--Shakespeare, C.

He sings B-I-N-G-O now but the only part he remembers is ..."was his nam-o", and he sings it constantly. It's charming, too bad you can't put video up on here!
