Okay, thanks to Aphexplotz, I have now been able to fix a huge chunk of the stupid on MySpace. Would you like to know how to haXX0r the r3tard3d?

First off, you have to run Firefox 1.5 or later.

Second, you install Greasemonky, a Firefox add-on that allows you to trigger JavaScript under certain conditions (in this case, the condition will be bumping up against the stupid).

Third, you go grab the scripts you like, and install them.

So far, I've forced MySpace to automatically log me in, stop showing me ads altogether, stop showing me the "cool new people" box, and best of all, stop showing me user-modded page designs.

Now all the pages look like default ass, instead of some Fisher Price My First Webpage Mistake (TM) ass. (Or as kentclark put it, pages that look "like the twenty worst Geocities pages and the twenty worst Tripod pages had a baby."
