I don't do DC characters that often.. But Raven has always been one of my favorites. I kind of took her in the direction of the goth rocker girls that I used to be attracted to back in high school. She's definitely one of the more complex characters and I wanted to have fun with the design.

I call her Tess, She is a witch that pulls her energy from specific crystals. She has to keep a balance of keeping them charged I in order to avoid being trapped in them like her predecessors were.
I have been saving and working towards this for a long time... This book is the first of many based on this character's journey. This book is an illustrative narrative where each page tells its own story and each illustration connects telling a story of my healing process when I lost myself completely.
