so today there was eggplant and mushroom casserole! i had almost forgotten how much i love cooking - and it turned out suprisingly well seeing as someone decided that giving me the ingredients for one recipe and the instructions for another was a good idea. seriously, that girl can bake like a madman, but keep her away from your casseroles!
