so more ink was finally had. 3 hours, just enough to calm me down for a bit. and hey, i get tattooed again next tuesday night. time to make the background on my left sleeve more up to date, and better suited to the rest of my upper body work. then i can tattoo my left hand, and be symmetrical again (at least with a shirt on haha).
but anyhow, was fun bs'ing with everyone at the shop, and talking shit to Mr Anderson himself. see, hes as bad a car nut as me, and has about the sickest 73' Pantera i have ever seen, ever! and its fully built, and pretty insane. and he knows about my obsession as well, but not quite what i have going on in the garage as of now. so i challenged him to a race come summer time. and i think he might actually be a little worried after i told him all i was doing, and my horsepower goals
but anyhow, back to the matter at hand. the new ink. my good friend Thadeus from Electric Dragonland, and myself have been talking about this one for almost 2 years, and finally got a good 3 hour start on it. and it goes way out compared to any of my other work. all black and gray, and damn near portrait looking, docile Medusa. i cannot wait to see it all healed out, vs all red and fresh. texture is all i can say to describe it. and Thad has wanted to work on something like this for awhile. and i am downright blown away by it so far....
so a few pics, and i will get some much better ones once healed. i wish we could have finished it up, but the downfall of being on the cancellation list, is you cant always dictate how long you have to sit. we had 3 hours, and made the most of it
