Yeah, so I'm back. So much for slipping in under the radar.

I was going to restart the journal with something mildly stirring, a piece of actual, autobiographical writing. But then I was also in a funk yesterday (for annoyingly obvious reasons). But I'm not going to do that. Sure, nothing in my life has worked out the way it ought to have. Sure, my mood vacillates randomly between sheer mediocrity and stark misery. But if I were to pretend that this makes me stand out from the bulk of humanity...well, that'd just be silly.

And thanks to everyone that didn't delete me immediately. Y'all are the bees knees.
