It appears I can graduate in May. Emphasis on 'appears,' since that requires passing the 4 classes I'm currently enrolled in, + fixing what I hope is an error on my progress evaluation. I should know for sure Monday. The relief...you have no idea. Good god.

But I'm trying not to think on this now. Actually, I'm trying not to think on a lot of things. I've developed this plan for the next week: since this weekend will see both my mother & my best friend visiting, I'll let go of my worries for the next two days. Hopefully have fun.

And then, starting Sunday night, I buckle down. Sick days have cost me, so I need to catch up. I need to manage a lot of things, actually. It's past time to get my shit together & live like a normal human being (altogether impossible while in school, but I can get closer anyway).

Fuck. Right now I just need a nap. Been drowsy all day. So I'm off, going to read some Sartre and retire early. Got to be in shape for drinking tomorrow (tailofdogma is almost more a drinking buddy than a friend...almost-but we have spent an inordinate amount of our time together drunk).
