I wonder, why does my life always change radically in the months of October & November? I hate being a cyclical person, always under the thumb of my capricious, repetitive destiny. But we all suffer the whim of fate; all we can do is give her the finger.

Fuck. I started thinking about the election about an hour ago...less than two weeks to go now.
I've been saying Bush's going to win for weeks now, and I'm fairly certain he will. But I've also been so busy that I've not spent much time thinking on the consequences. Now I have. Now I'm fucking scared. Ugh. Hate to fit any kind of stereotype, but as a liberal, Europe is looking pretty good these days.
Update, 9:20ish:
I've been pondering on the oddness of these past two weeks, and spending more time with my porn friends than with those I've made at college. Of course, half of those graduated last year and are nary to be found, and a quarter of the rest are under 21 and therefor boring (I do love being able to be so elitist). Still, I feel bad for not making time for them.
But fuck all that, because I will shortly be heading downtown to meet my girl, and then off to Ground Zero.
Oh, and Muse's "Absolution" makes me wanna shake it. Support these weird fuckers, por favor.
