The new layout is pissing me off.

I need to control myself more. Goddamn Target had sold out of the goddamn Cake album, so naturally I go over to Let It Be and get two records instead. On the plus side, one of those was a two-in-one compilation of Howlin' Wolf; the other being TV on the Radio, which has had many nice things said about it. I haven't actually listened to it yet (this was half an hour ago, and I needed some blues after my Theology of American Pop Music course covered the genre this morning).
Now off to watch the veep debates. This should be at least as interesting as watching cattle graze, but with less potential for bloodshed, sadly.

Currently reading: -Anais Nin's "The Four Chambered Heart." Why I bought this on Sunday, I'll never know. Apparently I feel really guilty if I leave Magers & Quinn without buying anything. Also, "Mrs. Dalloway" by Virginia Woolf, but then that's for class. Doesn't make it automatically unappealing (it's actually kinda good, but it tries to hard. I judge it harshly out of context, that is to say within the canon, but for 1925 it's an amazing accomplishment), but it does make it a chore.

I feel like I'm forgetting something. Eh. Off to ye ole beloved 21 line bus. Always a rocking time.
