to do what I say I'll do
to attempt to better myself in the ways we discussed
to think about what I need to do for myself
to stop trying to save everyone when I know I can't
to engage my brain before I open my mouth
to try my hardest not to get back into the bad habits I had been acquiring
to call you when I feel like shit
to try to accept the things I cannot change
to be aware of when I'm isolating myself too much
to actively look into the alternatives instead of just complaining
to try my very hardest to tell you when you've pissed me off instead of keeping quiet
to remember that not all bad things are because of me
to remember that I may infact have nothing at all to do with the problem
to keep in mind that you do love me very much...









And I also promise that I'll contact everyone that I've been neglecting since I've been away in Canada... I'm home now and my 24/7 vigil in front of the computer can recommence!
