Having a lot of trouble with my weight lately. I know a lot of it has to do with me being out of motion for a long time, not being able to walk and such, but its really catching up with me now, I am at like 160 when ussually I stay at 140 consistently. I need to lose it and lose it fast! The problem is how? I am so afraid to end up like my 480 lb father, but I CANT seem to discipline myself when it comes to eating at ALL, I feel like maybe I'd do better if I just had a list of all I could eat each day. Ha! noones going to make me a list huh? And I dont have enough money for weight loss places either. If anyone has ANY suggestions at all, please tell me, its starting to really get me down. My best girlfriend weighs 98 lbs (granted she is like 5'2) but she is really thin, and I have to listen to her bickering about how fat she is getting all the time. HELP!!
