trying to get stuff done today, last night I was uber stoned and I layed in bed thinking to myself. I was thinking about moving to louisville and losing weight, and starting my community service. If I expect to move to louisville then I am going to have to get the community service done. If I expect to move to louisville I need to get off my ass and make some money. And if I ever really want to lose a few pounds then I had better get up and start doing something about it. No more procrastination! Its time to get things done!! I'm going to work out.

yeah I know, but I can't get anyone to actually commit to going, they say they will but always find a reason not to. If I am going to do it, it looks like I will have to get used to doing it myself. I talked to a friend today, he encouraged me, I will go back tomm or even tonight maybe, it depends I have homework.

Baby, you have to budget time and you have to ease into it. Set realistic goals and make em short if you want but continue to go. If you don't go at all you'll not even come close to your goals. Fuck what other people think. I work out at the YMCA cause I aint there (like a Bally's) for a fashion show. Screw makeup or style. Get in your zone and some good music, crank it and let it move you. Your body is your temple. Treat it with respect and feed it the challenges your mind and body really crave. Once you get this routine you'll see both physically and mentally. Your body will reward your efforts and you'll notice within 60 days if you go minimally 3 days a week. That's about 6 hours out of your week as a gift to yourself. Love yourself that's okay!! xo
