I just washed my dog, she gets so stinky in a week.
She peed on my bed again, fucking bitch.
the handy man or what have you knocked on my door last night to tell me he was turning on the heat, and I asked him if I should do anyhting to the radiators and he tol me to turn the valves on, so I did, but no heat came into my apt.
I don't know what to do. And I have some places that I can see light through the door and under windows that need to be fixed.
I'm worried for winter.
I don't pay heat, but I don't control it either.
