had to drink these protein shakes between meals when I was a kid to gain weight, it was ice cream, a raw egg some powder and choclate syrup. I gain like 25 lbs in 3 months and my weight hasnt changed since. I dont mind being skinny except my butt hurts after a few minutes when I sit on a hard seat...haha
