Almost a year ago I was about 330+. Was told I was diebetic.now I'm Down to about 211 and going off my medicine. Lost over 100 lbs. Journey isn't over yet . About 40 to 50 more to go. Then gotta keep it off. Picture will come soon right now I can't upload through my phone. 🤷🏽♂️
Its been more on my mind lately . Just don't know where to start 🤷🏽♂️. Some days I feel like I may not click with anyone near me .
