so i worked on a freshdirect commercial today. left my house at 6:15, got to set at 6:50, worked until about 7:45pm. yippie! easy day but boring. for the first 5 hours i sat in an elevator on a box, reading my book "the secret language of symbols" and made sure that no one from the building chose the floor that we were shooting on because the actor was right outside the elevator door
i did screw up once and brought some crew members up during a take. whoops! the elevator opened, made a ding noise, and the actor was like, "well here is my elevator" then they cut. the second half of the day i sat in the lobby of the building letting crew members in. god i am soooooo important. whatever.... some days suck, others rock. at least i got paid good. so i got home and went to the gym for an hour. and now it is almost 11:30 and i have to get up at 5am. i'll rough it for one more day. i watched HAROLD AND MAUDE yesterday. 1971 cult movie. very good. some really strong images. and what else. ah, figured out more of my tattoo design. (that is why i am reading the symbols book....) well that should be all for now. have a great night everyone, and remember - jesus loves you.
