Apparently all I ever blog about is returning to the site after an absence.
The story up to this point:
CSU Summer Stages is in full swing. It's a bitch and I love it and some people are really making my life miserable and some people are really making my life fantastic. It's terrifying and exhilirating.
I'm publicity assistant, sound designer, and I'm the Production Manager for our late-nite cabaret series that will perform after the shows. Oy.
I'm moving this weekend. Ohio City/Near West Side/Detroit Shoreway represent.
I have a meeting Wednesday with the assistant to the Executive Artistic Director of my favorite theatre in Cleveland to discuss "opportunities for next season". I hope it means I'm being offered a directing gig.
A friend and I went to the CloudWater Zendo for introduction to Zen Meditation last week. This week I think we're going to go to the Tao Te Ching class, and then maybe the open meditation ceremony that weekend.
I'm going to see Anna Deavere Smith speak at CSU on Tuesday.
