The house does need work things I knew i was getting.
Required/ New Furnace and kitchen sink plumbing.
siding work sorta rough for winter but must be done!
Things I am doing.
Hardwood floors on the main level kitchen, dining, living room so forth.
New carpet in bedrooms stairs and the den downstairs.
