The San Diego police are after me... I got a trafic ticket there back in Sept, and I could've sworn I sent in the money for the ticket, it was like $150, but now they say that I never sent it, and that they have a warrant for me, and it will remain out on me unless I pay them $600! What is this? This can't be legal... Oh well. Why is it that when the police do this it's the LAW, but if anyone else were to do it, it would be extortion?
