Latest news.. I GOT THE JOB! I'm so excited, I can hardly contain myself! Heh, I think the most exciting part is that I'll finally be able to get away from accounting.. I'm serious when I say: "Hug your accountant, they deserve it". I'm SO not cut-out for it!

I went fishing last week with my family for 5 days. I didn't catch a damned thing! My Mom, Step-Dad and Sister (along with Step-Grandparents) ALL caught 5-7 fish! I just couldn't believe my shitty luck that weekend.. Hey, I know fishing is 90% luck, but statistically speaking, I should have caught SOMETHING! Damn!

So, those of you who have been trying to figure out why I haven't been able to get to any of the local events - here's the situation: My current (soon to be "old") job took a LOT of time and effort to accomplish. I was stretched so thin at times that I had zero "me" time. The amount of pressure and workload was/is unreasonable for one person.. Which brings me to a rather sad, yet funny, tidbit..... When I gave notice, I had two managers tell me that they're going to have to hire three people to replace me..

I've been playing Forza on my Xbox for hours and hours this weekend. Mostly with friends, online. My serious props to Mickey-soft for getting this one together. I should email Luminaire and ask if he had anything to do with it. I'm big on giving credit where it's due. Speaking of emails, I sent one to StrongMad last week and still have yet to receive a response. Maybe he thought I was spam and deleted it. No idea. Hey, if you're reading this, check your email!
