Damn... a skunk must have sprayed somewhere near my apartment recently. The smell is kind of pervading everything around here. I've seen them around here a couple of times, but damn, I thought I lived in the city!
I don't care though. I'm so dopey and smitten right now that nothing can bring me down. If you'll indulge me in being cheesy for a moment, here are a couple of lyrics that have kind of taken on new meaning to me lately.

Yeah.... I'm a dork. I don't care though. I've also had a couple of drinks so I'm being especially open right now, so sue me.
I don't think I'm going to see Tiger Army tomorrow after all. My friend that was supposed to go with me had to cancel on me today. I may still go anyway, but I'm not wild about driving all the way to Atlanta all by my lonesome. I'd take my bike, but its supposed to rain. So if anyone wants to carpool, just let me know. It kind of breaks my heart to miss them. But then again I caught them on Tuesday, so I can't complain too much.
Anyways.... yeah, you know how in my last post I said that my vacation was going to get a lot better on Wednesday? Well, I think I need to ammend that to Tuesday. Good God Tuesday is going to become my new favorite day of the week. Thursdays suck, but Tuesdays rock.
Anyways.... um.... yeah... I just can't seem to wipe the fucking smile off of my face here lately.

Horrorpops are playing on June 25 at the Hi-Tone in Memphis. They may be playing in Nashville too though, but I don't know anything about that. If not, you should come see them in Memphis!
