I'm glad to be in California. My moms is ready to be back up north but, for me, the west coast has a separate atmosphere from the rest of the world. I have not given up my undying devotion to the NYC, but I do know that Cali is where I'm from. Seattle will always be the place my friends will say welcome home. Alaska will always be where I drink in the woods, cause what the hell else is there really to do in the mountains? Writing of which, I'm watching Grizzly Man right now, holy shit. Now yer boy Jake here, he's seen a Grizzly in his times up North, even a momma with cubs, unsafe as that is. But this guy, Timmy, had a need for love of something that could only have been filled by love for himself. The nature what killed him was the same what showed he was good.
