I am having another panic attack. It freaks me out so much when I have them. I never used to get them this bad or often.
I just start hyperventilating, and then I start to cry, and then I rock back and forth uncontrollably, and i just start doing things in a panic...I have a hard time concentrating, I am having a really hard time writing this, but I have to do something to try to calm myself down.
The first time I recall having one, I was about 4 or 5 years old. I can't remember all of it, I just remember my aunt walking in and finding me curled up on the bathroom floor crying and rocking back and forth. I remember them walking me to the living room, and I just sat there and cried and rocked on the sofa and wouldn't say anything.
I don't know...Maybe I really should look into see a dr. or counsiler or something. Unfortunately, I can't afford a shrink.
I think I have calmed down some for now.
